The healthy Seeds are very useful to the health because they consists of nutrients. Seeds are rich in fiber. When a seed germinates, plant grows out of it. Seeds serve several functions for the plants that produce them. The parts of the seed are embryo, endosperm and seed coat.Seeds contains various minerals, anti-oxidants and vitamins which are very much useful for the health.

Generally healthy seeds are classified into four types:

  • Foundation seed,
  • Certified seed.
