How to prepare Jaljeera Healthy Ayurvedic Recipe
- 1 bunch Mint Leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 3 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Sendha Namak
- 1 teaspoon dry mango powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cup Water
- 1 bunch coriander leaves
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon black salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 pinch asafoetida
- 1 handful boondi
How to make Jaljeera drink
- Dry roast the asafoetida for a few seconds till fragrant. Grind asafoetida, mint Leaves, ginger and coriander leaves in blender to fine paste.
- Add 4 cups of chilled water, black salt, rock salt, salt, mango powder and sugar and cumin powder.
- Add lemon juice. Stir well the mixture. Pass through Strainer to remove the ginger remains.
- Server chilled garnished with boondi. You can also decorate with lemon and mint leaves.
